Suran Wijayawardana
Suran Wijayawardana co-founded ACP Jets and oversees all operational aspects. He takes the lead role in ACP's cultural commitment to safety, operational and service benchmarks.
Suran began his career in aviation more than 16 years ago holding various management positions with Philair Flight Center, JetServer and Chandelle Aviation.
He is involved with the National Air Transportation Association and takes an active role lobbying on behalf of general aviation with congressional representatives and key FAA regulators through his position on the Air Charter Committee.
As a member of the National Business Aviation Association, Suran sits on various Industry business and safety advisory boards. He is the former chairman of the Continued Florida Aviation Systems Planning Process (CFASPP), a division of the Florida Department of Transportation. Suran is a regular presenter at Industry Conferences on topics such as flight department management, safety leadership, regulatory compliance and air carrier training.
Suran attended Iowa State University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, he is also a certifed Aviation Safety Program Manager.

Jeff Coursey
Jeffry Coursey co-founded ACP Jets and helped shape the company from its original position as a charter intermediary to air carrier operations. He is responsible for all of the company’s fiscal responsibilities.
Jeffry's management and entrepreneurial background has spanned more than two decades, including executive experience as the owner of JLR Aviation, an aircraft leasing company, and President of Advanced Solar Control, a glass and energy control firm, where he established a 20-year history of profitability while developing multi-state marketing by piloting his privately owned aircraft.
He discovered his passion for aviation more than three decades ago as a member of Naval squadron VS-32, where he operated anti-submarine aircraft. He has continued to operate his own aircraft since 1991, giving him a personal hands-on knowledge that carries over to his duties as Vice President.
Jeffry studied accounting and business management at William Paterson College.

Rubin Pikus
As a former charter client and current owner of several jet aircraft managed by ACP Jets, Rubin shapes the general direction of ACP Jets through both the eyes of an investor in its growth and a customer.
Rubin has spent the majority of his professional career, spanning four decades, in the greater New York metropolitan real estate market. He has expanding real estate ventures throughout the Middle Atlantic region and Florida. As CEO of Milbrook Properties Ltd., a national commercial real estate management, acquisition and development company with a portfolio of more than 70 properties, he traveled using ACP Jets for a number of years.
Rubin is an active member of a number of trade associations and community organizations. For more than 25 years, he has served on the executive board of the Community Housing Improvement Program, Inc., and is actively involved with the Nassau Coalition Against Domestic Violence and several religious organizations.
Rubin graduated from Wesley College in Dover, Del., and further attended courses at American University in Washington, D.C.
